The PCI state-of-the art facility located in Columbus, Georgia, houses some of the world's most advanced manufacturing technologies.

Of course, the manufacturing process begins with concurrent engineering.  That is, working with our customers' designers and manufacturing engineers to ensure products are designed to optimize the manufacturing process and reduce costs.   PCI's team of designers and quality control engineers are always available to work with our customers on the design and producibility of components.
Manufacturing begins with the design and manufacture of tools and gauges.  At PCI, we do this in a well equipped tool room adjacent to our manufacturing plant.   UniGraphics Computer Aided Design System is used for modeling and generating programs; and we continually upgrade our systems to ensure we are compatible with our customers. Introducing new products quickly and in low quantities a constant requirement in our industry.  PCI has a separate Product Development Center to handle this type of business.

Our business units begin with raw materials and end with a high quality final product ready for shipment to our customers.  Delivering products to our customers on time with the shortest possible lead time is part of our business philosophy.  We have re-engineered our business, including the way we manufacture components, to do just that.   Products pass through our flow lines remarkably quickly allowing us to respond to sudden changes in the marketplace.

We have support teams which provide the specialized expertise needed in our demanding marketplace.
