In 1995, Pratt & Whitney and Blades Technology formed a joint venture operation to produce the highest quality precision-forged compressor airfoils for the gas turbine industry.  PCI (Precision Components International, Inc.)  currently occupies approximately 250,000 square feet of floor space and has over 400 dedicated team members who are committed to excellence, and experienced in manufacturing, engineering, administration, management, computer information systems, maintenance, marketing and tool services.

PCI operates four business units, each distinguished by gas turbine components and families of part numbers.  This type of flow line manufacturing allows for increased productivity with quick customer response while continually improving product quality.   We pride ourselves in our teamwork approach to the achievement of our goals.
